Chocolate Bread Cookies (Gingerbread Variant)

Ingredients

24 piece(s)

  • 90 grams raw sugar
  • 100 grams Butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 250 grams bakers flour
  • 1/2 tablespoon bicarbonate of soda
  • 10 grams cocoa powder
  • 45 grams golden syrup

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Raw sugar in TM Bowl 4 sec/speed 9

    Add Butter & Egg Yolk to bowl 15 sec/speed 4

    Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl 1 1/2 mins Counter-clockwise operationDough mode

    Preheat oven to 200 degrees celcius.

    Remove ingredients and breifly knead on a floured bench.

    Divide dough in two. Roll half the dough between 2 sheets of baking paper until 1cm thick.

    Cut into desired shapes and place 1cm apart on baking trays.

    Repeat with the other half of the dough.

    Place trays into the oven and bake for 10mins or until browned.
