Chocolate Chip Cookies
- 125 g Butter
- 100 g raw sugar
- 100 g brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Paste
- 1 egg
- 280 g SR flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 140 g chocolate chips

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180C
Add butter, sugars, vanilla and egg, mix on speed 3 for 1 minutes.
Scrape down sides of bowl, then speed 4 for 10 seconds.
Add sr flour, mix speed 4 for 20 seconds, scrape down sides, the mix again speed 4 for 20 seconds.
Add chocolate chips then mix on "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 2 for 20 seconds.
Bake in oven for 12 - 15 minutes or until golden brown.
* May need to add an extra 20 to 50 grams of flour if mixture looks a little wet, should start to form a ball.
