Cookie Dough

  • 125 grams Butter, TM Butter is perfect
  • 80 grams raw sugar
  • 100 grams condensed milk, I use the recipe from the community -NO: 90971
  • 240 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 80 grams choc chips, dark, milk or white ( or all 3)

Recipe's preparation

    Bring it all together

    1. Pre- heat oven to 180 degrees

    2. Line a tray with baking paper

    3. Cream Butter and Sugar 10sec/speed 6

    4. Insert butterfly and whip for 2 min/speed 4



    • should be a lighter colour



    1. Add Condensed Milk and mix for 40sec/speed 4

    2. Add Self Raising Flour and mix 10 sec/ speed 4

    3. Scrape around the sides of the bowl and mix for a further 10sec/ speed 4

    4. Add Choc Bits, mix of reverse speed for 5sec/speed 3counter-clockwise operation

    5. Roll into small ball and place on tray

    6. Cook for 15min

    Quick easy recipe. These are a nice change to the normal choc chip recipe. The condensed milk adds a different flavour. They were loved by all in my family. I needed to cook a little less time in oven than your recipe. Will be cooking these again for school lunches
