Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place butter in the bowl to soften for 1min 30 sec at 37deg sp.2.
2. Place sugar in bowl to cream with butter for 1min 30sec, sp.4.
3. Add SR flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon and vanilla and mix for 10sec sp.4.5 (or until combined).
4. Roll spoonfuls of mixture into balls and place on lined baking trays. With a fork, slightly flatten each ball.
5. Bake in a 180deg oven (fan forced) for 12 min.
6. Remove from oven and allow to cool on the trays completely.
