For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Pulverize the sugar
Add the softened butter not melted
Beat 1 min on speed 4
Scrape down the bowl and beat again for 1min on speed 4
Add condensed milk beat 1 min on speed 4 scrape down
Add flour and baking powder
Beat 1 min increase gradually to sp4
Add your desired amount of chocolate chips beat very slowly on "Counter-clockwise operation" speed for a few seconds dont over mix so the chocolate starts to colour the dough.
Shape into balls and flatten with a fork
Cook for 12-13mins @ 160*
