  • 170 grams rice flour
  • 60 grams potato flour
  • 25 grams arrowroot/tapioca flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 230 grams raw sugar
  • 25 grams cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon bicarb soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 100 grams vegetable oil
  • 250 grams water

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degree

    Grease and line 8 inch cake tin

    Put all ingredients into TM bowl

    Mix Speed 6 for 10 Seconds

    Pour into mixture into tin

    Cook for 25-30 minutes or until cooked
