  • 400 g condensed milk
  • 250 g brown sugar
  • 25 g glucose syrup
  • 200 g chocolate, dark, milk or white

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Line slice tray with baking paper.
    2. Place Butter, Brown Sugar, Condensed Milk, Glucose Syrup and Golden Syrup in TM bowl.
    3. Cook 8mins/speed 3.5/100C/MC on.
    4. Scrape down sides of bowl, cook 20mins/speed 3.5/VAROMA/MCon.
    5. Add Chocolate, mix 20sec/speed 3/MC on.
    6. Pour into lined tray, refridgerate until set, cut into squares.
