      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Accessories you need

Cocoa - I love Woolworths's Homebrand Cocoa

I use a 50ml measuring cup to make sure all my cupcakes are the same size.

Decorating - Place the ganache in a piping bag with a large round nozzle and pipe a big blob. Place the Ferrero Rocher on top and push down a little.

Made for my sister-in-law's birthday as she is a massive fan of Ferrero Rochers. These cupcakes were a total success! Even if you just want to make the most amazingly moist choc cupcakes in 35 seconds, save this on file as it won't disappoint. Thanks for sharing.
