If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Cook at 90 degrees, speed 4 for 3-5 minutes or until the sugar dissolves. Spread onto sweet dough finger rolls with pastry brush and sprinkle with dessicated coconut (optional). Makes enough for about 12 buns/finger rolls.

Tip
if the icing goes a bit thick just add a drop of water to it and stir in it will make it thinner and also glossy when you brush it on.
If you don't have icing sugar - mill white sugar on speed 9 for 10 seconds
