Chocolate nut muffin

  • 350 grams Cashews raw
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 grams maple syrup or honey
  • 60 grams Cacao
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Pre heat oven to 180 Degrees

    2. Line muffin tin with cupcake cases or spray

    3. Add cashews to bowl and mix on speed 9 for 15 seconds

    4. Scrape down the side of bowl and repeat this until it turns into a smooth paste (about 2 more times)

    5. Add the eggs and mix on speed 4 for 30 seconds

    6. Scrape down sides of bowl

    7. Add all other ingredients and mix on speed 5 for 15 seconds

    8. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat if needed

    9. Pour mixture into tin and bake for around 10 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean
