If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Preheat oven 180 degrees
Grease and line a small slice tin with baking paper.
Base
Add butter (110 grams) to bowl.
2 minutes 30 seconds/100 degrees Celsius/slowest speed or until butter is melted.
Add Self raising flour (165 grams), cocoa (1 tablespoon), caster sugar (70 grams), desiccated coconut (30 grams). 10 seconds/speed 8 to combine. Press into prepared tin.
Bake 18 - 20 minutes until browned. Allow to cool.
Topping
Add butter (45 grams) to bowl. 2 minutes/100 degrees Celsius/slowest speed.
Add condensed milk (200 grams), cocoa (2 tablespoons), icing sugar (115 grams), desiccated coconut (70 grams), vanilla bean paste or essence (1 teaspoon).
10 seconds/speed 7 to combine.
Spread over slightly cooled base and refrigerate until set.
