Banana Bread
- 5 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- 155 grams coconut oil, Organic
- 200 gram Coconut Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon bicard soda

- 100 grams macadamia nuts
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Preheat Oven 180 degress
2. Grease loaf tin
3. Add Macadamia nuts into bowl 5 sec speed 4
4. Place in bowl to the side
5. Place ripe bananas in bowl 5 seconds/ speed 6
6. Add coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract 20 sec/ speed 6
7. Add Eggs 10 sec/ speed 4
8. Add remaining ingredients 20 sec speed 4
9. Add to loaf tin and bake for 30 minutes 180 degrees.

Tip
When adding to the loaf tin, top with almonds for decoration. If mix to moist add more coconut flour or add shredded coconut
