      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

Add butter and syrup and honey to bowl, melt at 100°C for 2 min, speed 1.

In a cup, combine baking powder and hot water, mix together until dissolved, add to butter mixture and add remaining ingredients.

Mix together on reverse until combined, normally around 1 min, until a doughy texture is achieved.

Roll into walnut size balls and press down with a spatula on baking tray.

Cook for 12-15mins or just browned.

Transfer to wire rack to cool.

    Enjoy
