- 150 g Butter
- 150 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 bananas
- 240 g Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 tsp bicarb soda
- 30 g Milk
- 1 tsp vanilla essence

Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 160 C
- Place butter and sugar and mix for 20 seconds on speed 5.
- Add eggs and bananas and mix 10 seconds speed 4 or until combined.
- Add the flour, bicarbonate of soda, milk and vanilla essence and mix for 15 seconds on speed 4 to 5.
- Pour into a lined 20cm cake tin and bake in the oven for 1 hour. If cake still looks wet after this time reduce the temperature to 140 C and cook for a further 10 to 20 minutes.
- Wait 10 minutes before turning out of the cake tin.

I've made a clone of the original "Moist Banana Cake" recipe because I bake this ALL the time and I find this order of preparation is a tad easier and works just fine.
