coconut almond & hazelnut meal cake

Ingredients

1 g

cake

  • 150 g raw brown sugar, or sugar free use butterscotch stevia drops
  • 80 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 220 g coconut oil, melted
  • 100 g hazelnut meal
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g almond meal
  • 1 lemon
  • 8 drops Vanilla Exract
  • 50 g coconut & almond milk

Recipe's preparation

    METHOD
  1. preheat oven 170 deg lightly grease pan 20x 30 cm


    place sugar into mixing bowl and MILL 10 SEC SPEED 9


    add vanilla extract, desiccated coconut and coconut oil mix 30SEC SPEED 5


    while mixing on SPEED 4 add the eggs through the lid cracking one at a time


    add remaining ingrediants and mix SPEED 5 / 20 SEC


    bake for 35-40 mins
