  • 150 grams sugar
  • 110 grams butter (cubed)
  • 280 grams plain flour
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 80 g Desiccated Coconut
  • 190 grams Milk

Recipe's preparation

  1. Grease or line loaf tin with baking paper.

  2. Preheat oven to 160 degrees fan forced or 180 degrees conventional.

  3. Place sugar in TM bowl and pulverise for 5 secs on speed 9.

  4. Add butter and mix at 60 degrees, speed 3 for 2.5 mins (or until butter is melted).

  5. Add rest of ingredients and mix 30 secs on speed 4.

  6. Pour into tin and bake approx 50 mins.

  7. Let cool in tin before transferring to rack.

Tip

When cool, slice and spread with butter. Yum!
