Chocolate Brownie
- 209 grams coconut oil
- 120 grams chocolate
- 200 grams raw sugar
- 200 grams light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 95 grams plain flour
- 80 grams cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Bi Carb Soda

Recipe's preparation
Preheat over to 180 degree.
Line baking tray with baking paper.
Place broken chocolate and coconut oil into thermomix 3 minutes, 50 degree, speed 2 or until chocolate has melted
Add in the rest of the ingrediants, mix on speed 5 until just combined
Pop mixture into baking tray and bake for about 35-40mins
(Or until brownies are set but moist crumbs are still on the toothpick when tested)
Let cool completely before cutting into slices as these are realy moist and delicious!
