Ingredients

Topping

  • 160 grams plain flour
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 90 grams brown sugar
  • 120 grams Butter

Base

  • 120 grams Butter
  • 55 grams raw sugar
  • 160 grams plain flour
  • 35 grams Self Raising Flour

Filling

  • 400 grams sweetened condensed milk
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 90 grams brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons instant coffee

Recipe's preparation

    Topping
  1. Conmbine all topping ingredients in TM, mixClosed lidDough mode 1min 30 sec.

    Put into another bowl & refridgerate 30min.

  2. Base
  3. Combine all ingredients, mix, 1min, Speed 4.

    Press into lined swiss roll tin (30cm x 25cm). Bake in moderate oven 10 minutes. Spread with filling, crumble topping evenly over surface. Bake in moderate oven further 10 - 15 min, or until topping is firm to touch. Stand 15 min before cutting into bars or slices, leave in tin to cool. 

  4. Filling
  5. Combine all ingredients in TM bowl. Cook on Varoma Temperature, 6min, speed 3, (until thickened).
