      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180deg
  2. Add Cream and Eggs to bowl and mix 10 seconds, speed 4
  3. Add Vanilla Essence and Caster Sugar and mix 10 seconds, speed 4
  4. Add 200g Self-Raising Flour and mix 20 seconds, speed 4
  5. Bake for 25mins (10mins for min cakes/cupcakes)

    * This recipe can easily by doubled.
    * Perfect for out of date cream (unopened and not spoiled)
