Cream Cheese Icing with Treacle

Ingredients

450 g

  • 50 g Dark Brown Sugar
  • 120 g Butter
  • 250 g cream cheese
  • 30 g treacle
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill sugar 10 sec/Sp8

  2. Add butter and melt 1min/37C/Sp2

  3. Add treacle, vanilla, cream cheese, salt and blend 30sec/Sp5

Tip

Firm it up in the fridge if required.

Store a week in a covered container in the fridge.
