  • 200 grams cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 300 grams Self Raising Flour
  • 150 grams caster sugar

Recipe's preparation

    A recipe from my Great Grandmother, adapted for Thermomix
  1. Add eggs and cream to bowl.  Insert butterfly and whip for 20 seconds on speed 4. Remove butterfly, add flour and sugar and mix on speed 6 for 20 seconds.

    Spoon into cupcake cases, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
