  • 125 g Butter
  • 110 g white sugar, (or xylitol)
  • 110 g brown sugar, (or rappadura)
  • half teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 160 g bakers flour, (or self-raising)
  • 120 g Coconut Flour, (or bakers or banana flour)
  • 150 g chocolate chips, (dark and white)
  • 100 g salted macadamias

Recipe's preparation

    Dark and white choc chip and macadamia nut biscuits

    Place butter, sugars and vanilla in TM bowl. Cream together for 2 minutes on speed 3-4.
    With TM still running, add egg through hole in lid and continue mixing on speed 3-4 for 1min.
    Add flours and knead on interval speed for 30 seconds.
    Add chocolate chips, and whole salted macadamia nuts and knead interval speed for 30 secs to 1min 30 secs depending on how chopped you want the nuts and choc chips to be.

    Drop heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture on trays, leaving room for spreading. Bake in moderate fan forced oven for 10-12 minutes.
