Recipe's preparation

    How to:
  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C/140°C ff
    Grease and line a large loaf tin.


    1. Add butter, water, milk and fruit to the Closed lid

    2. Heat for 7mins/65°C/sp3/Counter-clockwise operation, or until the butter has melted.

    3. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in the bicarb.

    4. Cool slightly

    5. Stir in the flour and salt.

    6. Pour/spread into the prepared pan and bake for 1-1.5hrs or until cooked when tested.

    7. Leave to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before cooling on a wire rack.
