      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. put all ingredients except coconut into bowl, 30 sec, speed 8.
  2. In last 10 secs add drizzle of water if needed using MC to desired consistency.
  3. roll to desired size and roll in coconut if you want to. Use slightly wet hands to stop mix sticking while rolling.

(I made mix of tiny ones and 20 gram moderate size ones as I was giving as gift and used a glass mason jar)

Sorry my camera setting was to high to upload photo, will try and edit recipe when I have worked it out.
  4. store in airtight container in fridge.
