If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.

    2. Line a slice tray (27cm x 17cm) with baking paper.

    3. Place chopped up butter and dark chocolate into TM bowl 4min/50/Gentle stir setting. Depending on how cold the butter and chocolate is, it may need a little bit more time.

    4. When smooth and creamy transfer to a jug/bowl and set aside.

    5. Without cleaning the TM bowl add eggs and sugar and mix for 2min/sp4, scrape done sides.

    6. Add chocolate mixture that is set aside to the TM bowl and mix for 30sec/sp3, scrape down sides.

    7. Add both flours to TM bowl and mix for 10sec/sp3, scrape down sides and mix for another 10sec/sp3.

    8. Pour half the brownie mixture into prepared slice tray. Sprinkle that with frozen raspberries and white chocolate bits. Pour over remaining mixture.

    9. Bake for 35 minutes or until just firm to touch.

    10. Allow to cool in pan. Refridgerate for 4 hours or until firm.

    11. Lift brownie from pan and cut into squares, dust with icing sugar.
