Ingredients

30 piece(s)

  • 250 grams Butter
  • 100 grams sugar
  • 60 grams condensed milk
  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 125 grams choc chips

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees celsius(conventional oven)


    Weigh butter into TM bowl, cook 1minute, 90degrees, speed 2


    Add sugar, mix 15 seconds, speed 3


    Scrape down sides of bowl


    Add condensed milk, mix 7 seconds, speed 2


    Scrape down sides of bowl


    Add flour, baking powder and choc chips


    Mix 30 seconds, reverse, speed 2-3 


    Roll spoonfuls into balls and place on lined baking trays


    Place into oven and bake for 10-15 mins until light golden colour
