      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    How to
  1. Add all the ingredients (except for the extra milk) and knead Dough mode30secs. The dough may be slightly sticky, but shouldn’t be wet. Adjust with extra flour or water if it’s the opposite.

Pat out to a 2cm thickness on a well floured surface.
Cut into 12 rounds using a small scone cutter.

Place on a tray suitable for baking in your airfryer.
    Brush the tops with milk.
Set temperature to 190C for around 10-12 mins, or until golden and cooked.

Wrap in a clean t-towel before serving with jam and cream.
