- 3 egg yolks
- 55 g caster sugar
- 20 g dried yeast
- 250 g Milk
- 100 g Butter
- 490 g plain flour
- pinch salt

Add egg yolks, sugar, yeast, milk and butter to TM bowl. Mix 2 min/37 degrees/speed 3
Add flour and salt. Mix 15 seconds/speed 6.
Knead 2 minutes/
Tip mixture into a bowl to rise, or wrap in thermomat until doubled in size
Roll out dough on a lightly floured mat to around 1am thinknicess. Cut donuts into desired shapes, and fry in heated vegetable oil until golden.
Dust cooked donuts in caster sugar while they are still hot, then serve
