  • 500ml thickened cream
  • 100g sugar
  • 200g brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Essence/Extract
  • 300 g Self Raising Flour
  • 200 g plain flour
  • 50 g cocoa powder
  • 50 g Milk
  • 290 g chocolate bits

Recipe's preparation

  1.  


    1. Pre-heat oven to 170 deg and prepare 2 muffin trays.


    2. Insert Butterfly into bowl.


    3. Add cream and mix 3 mins / speed 4 until very thick.


    4. Add both sugars to the bowl and mix for 30seconds/ Speed 4.


    5. Add vanilla and egg to bowl and mix for 30 seconds/Speed 4.


    6. Add flours, cocoa and milk and mix 10seconds/Speed 5.


    7. Add choc bits and mix for 6 seconds oncounter-clockwise operation/Speed 3.


    8. Place a tablespoon of mixture into prepared muffin tray or muffin pans.


    9. Bake on 170 degrees for 15-20 mins.


    10. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
