Ingredients

300 g

Flour

  • 300 g flour
  • 130 g Butter
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 130 g white sugar
  • 80 g banana, (About one)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

Recipe's preparation

    Mix

  1. Add all ingredients and mix Closed lid 40 secs on speed 5

  2. Scope out a teaspoon of mixture and round with hands into a ball.

     

  3. Place balls on baking paper with about 2cm spacing.

     

  4. Dip a fork in milk and press down on each banana sandie

  5. Bake for 12 minutes (or until golden brown) in normal oven (160 degrees)

  • Used plain flour, reduced white sugar to 100gms...

    Used plain flour, reduced white sugar to 100gms and added 100gm dark chocolate chips.
    12 minutes fan forced at 140 worked for us. If I didn't have fan force I would have done 160.
    Theyre awesome but I would personally reduce sugar to 75gms and 75gms of choc chips next time.
