Easy Banana Bread

Batter

  • 4 pieces bananas, ripe, can freeze bananas when ripe and use them in this recipe
  • 235 g plain flour
  • 95 g melted butter
  • 160 g Raw or White Sugar
  • 2 portions eggs
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

    Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degreesIf using frozen bananas, put them in the thermomix bowl process for 20 seconds speed 7 or until resemble breadcrumbs, scrape down the sides. If using fresh ripe bananas just put them in the bowl.To the bananas add the butter and mix for 10 seconds speed 5.Add eggs, vanilla and mix for 10 seconds speed 5.Add sugar, baking soda, salt and mix for 10 seconds speed 5.Add flour and mix for 20 seconds speed 5.Pour mixture into oiled (using oil spray) or buttered loaf tin.Bake for 1 hour or until skewer comes out clean.Allow to cool in tin.
