If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Line a slice tin with moring Coffee Biscuits and set aside.
Place rest of the biscuits in TM bowl and crush on Speed 8 for 5 seconds. Set aside and wipe bowl out.
Add Butter, Condense milk and golden syrup and cook for 5minutes/100deg/speed 2. Then add crushed biscuits set aside and mix
"Counter-clockwise operation" Spd 4 for 10sec.Pour mixture over biscuits, spread evenly and place in fridge. Wash bowl out for topping.
Place 120gm Melts and mill for 7 secs on Spd 7. Add Butter/Copha and cook for 3min/50deg/spd3.
Tip over slice and return to fridge to set.
