- 280 grams dark chocolate
- 100 grams pistachios
- 100 grams Cranberries, plus some for sprinkling
- 150 grams plain flour
- 1.5 Avocados, Ripe
- 2 tsp christmas spice mix, (see Thermomix in Australia recipe)
- 100 grams dark chocolate
- 0.5 avocado
- 40 grams Pouring Cream, Plus some for sprinkling

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Preheat oven 180 degrees and prepare square tin (20x20) with baking paper.
Add Pistachios and Cranberries to bowl and chop 5 seconds on speed 6. Put aside in bowl
Without cleaning bowl, break up chooclate roughly into bowl and grate on speed 6 for 10 seconds or until all blitzed. Scrape down sides of bowl
Heat for 2 minutes on 60 degrees speed 1
Add avocado, flour, Christmas spice and reserved fruit and nuts and mix for 20 seconds on speed 3
Scrape the mixture into the tin and pat out to create a thin layer
Bake for 20 minutes. Clean and dry mixing bowl
Break up chocolate into mixing bowl and grate for 10 seconds on speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl
Add avocado and cream and heat for 2 minutes, 50 degrees on speed 3. Allow to cool and slightly thicken.
When brownie is cooked, allow to cool and pour ganache over the top - spread evenly
Sprinkle remaining cranberries and cream on top
