- 200 g sultanas
- 120 g Cornflakes
- 200 g slivered almonds
- 200 g glace cherries
- 390 g condensed milk
- 200 g milk chocolate

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Preheat Oven to 170C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper
Combine all ingredients except chocolate into TM bowl. Mix 10sec// Speed 3 or until all combined
Spoon tablespoons of mixture onto the tray and try to hold together slightly. Bake for 10mins or until golden. Set aside to cool
Place chocolate in clean TM bowl and chop 5 sec/ sp 8. Scrape down sides of bowl.
Melt chocolate for 4mins/ 50 C/ Sp 3, or until melted.
Dip or spread chocolate over the back of florentines and allow to set by placing biscuits face down
