Fruit you could use are:

Blueberries, strawberries, cherries, mangoes, kiwi fruit lychees, peaches, nectarines, pineapple, grapes, mandarin, bananas.

As I usually make this at Christmas time I usually use a lot of stone fruits.

I don't usually so a galze unless I am using fruit that goes brown. I haven't worked out the times for the glaze done in the thermomix. But Im sure you can do it.

This also tastes best after resting for a day.
