Recipe's preparation
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 160°C fan-forced. Line a 24x15 cm cake pan with baking paper.
- If you do not have almond meal, place 250g whole almonds into the
and mill for 10sec/speed 9. Remove into a separate bowl and set aside.
- Place the butter & sugar into the
and grate for 3 sec/speed 6. Melt the mixture for 1 min/90°C/speed 2.
- Add all remaining ingredients (including the almond meal) to the chocolate mixture and mix for 30 sec/speed 4. Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out with crumbs clinging to it. Set aside to cool completely before slicing.
