Gluten Free Gloria Jean Style Banana Bread

  • 100 grams almonds
  • 50 grams Rapadura Sugar
  • 120 grams Butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 140 grams Orgran Gluten free Self Raising flour
  • 1 teaspoon Cinammon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 50 grams golden syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Queens vanilla bean paste
  • 3-4 bananas

Recipe's preparation

  1. Mill almonds 15 seconds, speed 7, set aside
  2. Add butter, brown sugar, mix 1 minute, speed 4
  3. Add eggs, mix 20 seconds, speed 4
  4. Add golden syrup and bananas, 20 seconds, speed 6
  5. Add almonds, flour, cinammon, vanilla, bicarbonate, 1 minute, speed 6
  6. Line a loaf dish and pour in mixture
  7. Bake 150 degrees
