Gluten Free Gloria Jean Style Banana Bread
- 100 grams almonds
- 50 grams Rapadura Sugar
- 120 grams Butter
- 2 eggs
- 140 grams Orgran Gluten free Self Raising flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinammon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 50 grams golden syrup
- 1 teaspoon Queens vanilla bean paste
- 3-4 bananas

Recipe's preparation
- Mill almonds 15 seconds, speed 7, set aside
- Add butter, brown sugar, mix 1 minute, speed 4
- Add eggs, mix 20 seconds, speed 4
- Add golden syrup and bananas, 20 seconds, speed 6
- Add almonds, flour, cinammon, vanilla, bicarbonate, 1 minute, speed 6
- Line a loaf dish and pour in mixture
- Bake 150 degrees
