Ingredients

10 piece(s)

  • 150 grams Choclate, Broken into cubes
  • 100 grams raw sugar
  • 220 grams GF SR Flour
  • 50 grams cocoa powder
  • 150 grams Milk (Any)
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams oil

Recipe's preparation

    Preheat oven to 150*C. Prepare muffin tray by greasing or lining with paper pans.
  1. 1. Place chocolate into mixing bowl 3sec/speed 3.  Set aside.

    2. Mill sugar 15 sec/speed 9. Add flour and cocoa powder and sift together 10 sec/speed 5.  Set aside with chocolate. 

    3. Combine milk, egg and oil in mixing bowl 5 sec/speed 4

    4. Add dry ingredients 30 sec/speed 4.  

    5. Spoon into prepared pans 10 only, and bake for 20-25 min or until cooked though.

    These were SO good 😃 great recipe. I have made three batches, one exactly how the recipe goes. The next two I'd run out of eggs so used half a mashed banana and left out the cocoa on purpose - was delicious! The third batch I replaced the egg with 3Tbs of peanut butter. Made the batter a lot stiffer but cooked deliciously.

    Recipe doesn't say how many eggs....shame I really wanted these for my son's birthday today. Not sure I'll guess and waste the other ingrediants...just in case. Look forward to making them some other time.
