- 280 grams whole almonds
- 340 grams plain flour
- 6 level tbsp icing sugar
- 340 grams Butter
- 1.5 level tbsp vanilla essence

Recipe's preparation
- Mill the almonds 10secs on Sp7
Add all other ingredients and mix 30secs on Sp6 until all are consolidated into a firm dough.
Mould or cut into crescent shapes about 1cm thick on papered or greased trays.
Bake in very slow oven (150 deg C) for 20 mins or until golden brown. When partly cool, dust with icing sugar.
