      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Tip

I Love using my Rose Gold Baking Trays as the mixture doesn't stick. If not, simply line your tray with baking paper or an Ovenmat.
This is a recipe my grandma has been making for years and can't wait for you to try it.
You can substitute the White Choc Bits and Macadamia's with Sultana's/raisins or leave the nuts out if Nutfree.

Soo good! I added a capful of vanilla essence, cooked at 160-170degrees. Only added half the amount of choc. And cooked for full 20minutes, nice n crispy. I also crushed up cornflakes in my hands and manually added them to mixture as the thermi got stuck. Too hard of a mixture for it. next time will take out choc and just have sultanas for a change.

Excellent Recipe! I Didnt include the nuts and had 150g Sultana's & 80g White Chocolate Chips. I also added 1 TBS of Vanilla Extract. I baked at 170 degrees.
