If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place butter, sugar and cocoa in bowl. Melt together for 3-5 minutes, 100°, Spd 3. Allow to cool a few minutes
Add egg and blitz for 10 seconds Spd 5
Add yoyo biscuits and blitz Spd 5 in 3 second increments until you get desired texture. Our family likes like large chunks of biscuits.
Add peanuts and mix on reverse until dispersed evenly
Press into lined slice tin and place in fridge until set. When set ice with chocolate frosting and sprinkles or extra chopped peanuts if desired
