Healthy Banana Bread

  • 4 portions Banana
  • 130 grams Margarine
  • 130 grams Brown Sugar
  • 130 grams Rolled Oats
  • 450 grams Wholemeal Self-Raising flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Poweder
  • 340 grams Low Fat milk
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 2 pinches Cinnamon

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease 2 x loaf tins and line with baking paper.
  2. Add margarine and bananas to mixing bowl. Mix 5 Seconds. Speed 4.
  3. Add sugar and mix 10 seconds. Speed 4.
  4. Add flour, baking powder, milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Mix 30 Seconds Counter-clockwise operation Speed 5.
    Scrape down the sides and mix Speed 5 Counter-clockwise operation for 60 seconds or until mixture is combined.
  5. Divide mixture between tins. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until scewer comes out clean.
  6. Serve warm or cut into slices and freeze wrapped in plastic. Re heat in microwave for a breakfast or snack on the go.
