      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    I make these for my littles to take to school in their lunchboxes
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease muffin tray & line with patty cases.

  2. Add Butter, Sugars, Egg & Milk into mixing bowl & beat 3 sec/speed 3.

  3. Add Flour & Baking Powder to mixing bowl & mix 30 sec/Counter-clockwise operationspeed 4.

  4. Add Blueberries to mixing bowl & stir in 10 sec/Counter-clockwise operationspeed 1.

  5. Spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into prepared cases.

  6. Bake at 180°C for 10mins

     

  7. Eat!

Tip

These freeze quite well & defrost in lunchboxes by lunch time.

They are also delicious with 100g of white chocolate chips.
