Recipe's preparation
Pre-heat oven to 170ºC and line a slice tray
Melt butter, raw sugar and honey 3 min/80ºC/speed 1
Add all other ingredients and mix 20 sec//speed 4 or until well combined
Press into prepared tin and bake for 30 min, allow to cool and cut into small pieces

Tip
This is a quick easy and tasty lunchbox snack which is healthy and guilt free
Is also nice with a mix of pumpkin and sunflower seeds instead of just pumpkin seeds
Try mixing it up with the dried fruit, is nice with dried cranberries, dried blueberries and/or dried apricots as well
For a more naughty version try adding 60g of dark choc chips to the mix as well
