Ingredients
400 g
HONEY BUTTERED PEANUT CLUSTERS
- 320 grams Raw Peanuts
- 20 grams Butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 85 grams honey
Recipe's preparation

Preheat oven to 180C degrees.
Add nuts to TM bowl and heat through 10 Minutes, Veroma,
, Speed 1.
Add butter 90 Seconds, Veroma,
, Speed 1.
Add honey and salt coat for 3 Minutes, Veroma,
, Speed 1.
Transfer the nuts to a baking sheet lined tray.
Using a spatula, spread the nuts out in a single layer and place them in the oven.
Bake the nuts for 8 minutes or until they turn a deep brown.
Allow the nuts to come to slightly while still on the baking sheet.
CAUTION
WHILE STILL WARM BREAK OFF INTO SMALL CLUSTERS When competly cold store in an airtight container until ready to serve. (If they get that far). Yummy!!!!!

Cook's notes
Oven temperatures are for conventional; if using fan-forced (convection), reduce the temperature by 20˚C.
We use Australian tablespoons and cups: 1 teaspoon equals 5 ml; 1 tablespoon equals 20 ml; 1 cup equals 250 ml.
All herbs are fresh (unless specified) and cups are lightly packed.
All vegetables are medium size and peeled, unless specified.
All eggs are 55-60 g, unless specified.
