      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add the Lavender Leaves & 25 grams of Raw sugar to the bowl. mix on speed 9 for 30 seconds. Take out of Bowl & set aside.

  2. Add 75 grams of sugar to the bowl speed 9 for 30 seconds. Then add the butter, cream together for 2 minutes on speed 4.

  3. Add the Flour & reserved lavender sugar mixture. Knead Dough mode for 30 seconds.

  4. Turn out onto a floured suface & roll into a log wrap tightly in clingwrap & refridgerate for several hours or overnight.

  5. Slice into thin slices, bake in the oven at 190 degrees for around 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!!
