Ingredients

Lemon Teacake

  • 1 lemon, Zest and Juice
  • 125 g sugar
  • 60 g Butter or Margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 130 Milk
  • 200 g plain flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Recipe's preparation

  1. Peel zest from lemon and place in bowl. Grate 10 secs/speed 8.
  2. Add sugar and butter. Cream for 20 secs/speed 4.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix 20 secs/speed 4.
  4. Place in log tin and bake 190/180 degrees fan force for 35-40 minutes.
