Recipe's preparation

Peel zest from lemon and place in bowl. Grate 10 secs/speed 8.

Add sugar and butter. Cream for 20 secs/speed 4.

Add remaining ingredients and mix 20 secs/speed 4.

Place in log tin and bake 190/180 degrees fan force for 35-40 minutes.
