1 packages biscuit, marie
1/2 cans condensed milk
1 level tbsp golden syrup
170 g Butter
250 g Licorice all sorts, Chopped
200 g milk chocolate chips

  For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

  If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

New Zealand Quick Snack

Recipe's preparation

Crush biscuits 7 seconds/ speed 7 (set aside)

Add 1/2 can of condensed milk
1 tbsp of golden syrup
170g of butter
heat 2 mins/ 50 degrees/ speed 3

Add in crushed biscuits and 250g of chopped licorice allsorts
30 seconds/ speed 3.5 (reverse)

Press mixture into tin and in the fridge for 1 hour

Melt chocolate
2 mins/ 50 degrees/ speed 3

Pour on top of slice and refrigerate
