Vegan Brownies, in a flash

  • 108 g vegan butter
  • 340 g Granulated sugar
  • 80 g Non-Dairy Milk
  • 3 tsp Vanilla Paste
  • 120 gram all-purpose flour
  • 75 g cocoa powder
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    very easy
  1. 1.Preheat the oven to 180c
    2. Line a baking tray with high edges, with baking paper. Mine is 8x8.
    3. In mixing bowl add the butter and 1-2 min/50c/speed 4, then add sugar and mix 10 sec/speed 5.
    4. Add milk and vanilla and mix 15 sec/speed 5.
    5. Add dry ingredients and mix 20 sec/speed 5-6
    6. Add Chocolate Chips and turn blade to reverse and 15 sec/speed 3.
    7. Spread evenly in baking tin
    8. bake 25 - 30 min, not to long, otherwise it gets to dry.
    9. let it cool down for about 30 mins in the pan. Then grad the baking paper handles and pull brownies out. Set on a wire rack to finish cooling before cutting. For clean-cut brownies, run a clean knife unbder hot water in between each cut.
