  • 75 g brown rice, raw
  • 50 g Arrowroot Flour.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Low FODMAP Banana Bread
  1. 1) Place white and brown rice in bowl Closed lid and mill 1 min sp 9. Preheat oven to 200 deg

  2. 2) Place all other ingredients in bowl and mix 30 sec sp 4. Cinnamon and nutmeg can be to taste. I use more nutmeg as I like the taste. 

  3. 3) Place into I use a tin 30cm long and 5 cm wide. Bake for 20-30 min in oven. Note oven temps may vary. 200 deg is my default setting. Take out when knife comes out clean.

Tip

You can add 1 cup of berries of choice into mix after step two for 15 sec sp 3. Just be careful not to blitz the berries.

    I must congratulate you! I have been looking for a recipe that has ingredients that I can eat that tastes half decent. This one is great. I added raspberries and next time i will add some nuts i think. Thank you so much
